General Information and Eligibility

tk10a is an online betting and casino platform operating for the Bangladesh market. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotions and transactions on the platform.

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use services on tk10a:

• You must use the services entirely voluntarily and of your own free will.

1.2 Acceptance of Agreement

By registering on, logging into or using this platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on tk10a, you must provide accurate personal information. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, tk10a reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be required to provide the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.
• Proof of address (electricity bill, water bill, etc. — issued within the last three months).

Deposits or withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

tk10a currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.

• Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes.
• All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is not permitted.
• tk10a does not charge any additional fee for deposits; however, the payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account has not been fully verified.
• If there is an active bonus on the account, the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• tk10a reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraud is suspected.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bonuses and transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk10a does not support transactions in any foreign currency.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Specific terms apply for using this bonus.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x).
• After claiming the bonus, the wagering must be completed within the specified time.
• Winnings earned from the bonus are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bets placed with a cash balance before a bonus is received will not count towards the bonus wagering.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• tk10a reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be reviewed.

4.3 VIP Program

tk10a's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Regular and active players have the opportunity to be promoted to higher tiers.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

tk10a is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcome of all games on our platform is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures game results are completely unbiased.

5.2 Game Usage Terms

• Please ensure you have a stable internet connection while playing. Bets may be voided due to technical issues.
• In the event of a technical error during a game, tk10a will make a decision subject to investigation and that decision will be final.
• Taking advantage of software vulnerabilities to alter game results is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games using automated bots or software is not permitted.

5.3 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface. Bet limits may differ when a bonus is active. tk10a reserves the right to void the excess portion of any bet that exceeds the maximum limit.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk10a platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third-party account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or deliberately exploiting the bonus system.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Collusion (gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players).
• Providing fraudulent or false information.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Platform Liability

tk10a makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, the platform will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If the service is disrupted due to technical issues caused by a third party.

• Due to unexpected technical errors or server problems.

9.2 Account Suspension or Closure by tk10a

tk10a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.

• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
